Where can I see your jewelry in person?

Can I buy online?

Yes.  I believe that purchasing handmade jewelry is a personal, creative choice. My customers select a piece of Sydney Lynch Jewelry as a special gift for themselves or someone else because they know that buying a hand-crafted object is different from buying a mass-produced product.  For this reason I am available to work personally with each customer. What payments do you accept?

Just go to PayPal and send payment to sydney@sydneylynch.com. Be sure to include the item name, code number and price. I also accept VISA or Mastercard. Please note: for one-of-a-kind pieces, contact me to inquire about availability. I look forward to hearing from you!

What shipping options do you offer, and how long does it take?

Free UPS Ground or Priority Mail shipping are included with each retail purchase. Each piece is handmade to order. You should receive your jewelry within ten days of purchase. Need it sooner? Overnight or 2-day shipping is available at FedEx rates.

What is your refund/exchange policy?

Each piece is made to order in my studio, and all sales are final.  You may exchange the piece for credit toward another purchase under these guidelines:  you must contact me to request an exchange, and ship the item within 10 days from date of purchase.  No exceptions.   Item must be returned in original condition or else a 50% restocking fee will apply.   I reserve the right to refuse any return that is not in resale condition.  Credit for returned merchandise will be extended for one year from date of original purchase.   Shipping cost is non-refundable.
